GLUTEN FREE DATE BALLS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup of Original Date Spread
  • 1/3 cup ground flax
  • 1/3 cup gluten-free oats
  • 5 tbsp of a nut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of salt

Add everything to a food processor and pulse / blend until the mixture is well mixed and crumbly. Roll the mixture into balls - Add a touch of water if the balls are not sticking together well.
