DAIRY FREE CHOCOLATE BARS

Ingredients:

Base:
1 cup almond flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1.5 tbsp melted coconut oil
1.5 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt

Filling:
1/3 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp vanilla date spread
Splash of vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
2. Mix the base layer ingredients together and spread evenly in the loaf pan.
3. Bake for 10-11 min on 350F
4. Let the bars cool, then mix the filling ingredients together spread the mixture over the cooked crust.
5. Melt chocolate over the top.
6. Sprinkle some salt on top too… let the bars sit in the freezer or fridge… try not to eat them all at once.
