• 3/4 cup over ripe mashed banana
  • 1/3 cup cinnamon date spread
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup + 2 tbsp blanched almond flour
  • 3/4 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 cup arrowroot starch
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Middle = 1/3 cup cinnamon date spread!! (tastes like the inside of cinnamon roll filling)

Preheat the oven to 350 and line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Mix all of your wet ingredients together. Then add your dry ingredients and mix super well! Pour 1/2 the batter into the pan and spread the cinnamon date spread throughout. Pour the rest of the batter over the top. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon and sugar on top! Bake for 20 min. then drop the heat to 325 and bake for another 20-25 min. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before face-planting ;)
