- 5 tbsp of our Snickerdoodle Date Dough mix
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp of cashew butter or tahini
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup (optional, adds more gooey-ness)
- 1 tbsp of cinnamon date spread
To make this, preheat your oven to 350 and line a small baking sheet with parchment paper. In a small bowl add the wet and dry ingredients and mix well.
Form a ball and make a disk in your palm. Place some date spread in the center, then fold the side in and roll it into a ball. Roll the ball in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Flatten the dough and bake for 12 min! Cookie is coated in a Cinnamon + @lakanto monk fruit mixture.
