- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- Pinch salt
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
- 2 tbsp mashed banana
- 2 tbsp pumpkin purée
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/1 tsp lemon juice
Carefully swirl Cinnamon Date Spread in the batter as the pancake cooks. Do this when it is about halfway cooked!
