- 1.5 cups of cereal of choice (we love @eatlovebird cereal!)
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup pretzels chopped
- 3 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 2 tbsp vegan butter
- 2 tbsp Cinnamon Date Spread
Combine the almond butter, vegan butter, and date spread in a small sauce pan and melt together.
In a separate bowl combine all the dry ingredients. Add the butter mixture, stir and place on parchment paper and pace in freezer for about an hour.
Once chilled break apart and enjoy!
