- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup of frozen riced cauliflower
- 3 tbsp of powdered peanut butter
- 3 tbsp of chocolate date spread
- 1/2 cup of coconut milk
- 1/4 cup of dairy free yogurt
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds
- Blend everything! Add more or less milk add needed. Less milk with make the blend thicker.
