CHOCOLATE COVERED BANANA

HOW TO

  • 1 wooden skewer or popsicle stick
  • 1 banana
  • ~ 1/4 cup of chocolate date spread
  • ~ 1/2 tbsp of coconut oil
  • Toppings like walnuts, coconut flakes, chopped peanuts, cacao nibs, etc.

DIRECTIONS

Place a non-frozen banana on a clean surface and insert a skewer vertically about 2/3 of the way through.  

Mix warm, melted coconut oil & chocolate date spread together in a mug.

Spread the mixture on the banana & sprinkle any toppings on. 

Carefully place the banana in the freezer & allow it to freeze overnight!
