- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp whole wheat flour
- 1/3 cup flour
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- ¼ tsp of sea salt
- 1 tbsp of cornstarch
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup vanilla date spread
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 cup dairy free chocolate chips
Mix the the flours, baking soda, powder, spices, salt & cornstarch in one bowl. Mix the date spread, olive oil, maple syrup, and extract in another bowl. Then combine and add the chocolate chips.
Put very small, flattened dough balls onto a baking sheet & bake on 350F for 10-12 minutes!
