- 2 bananas
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups of almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup of chocolate date spread
- 1/4 cup of psyllium husk powder OR coconut flour
- 1/4 cup of cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup of warm water
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp of salt
- cacao nibs, chopped nuts…any added *crunch* you want!
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a large bowl mix the almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and sea salt together.
Mi everything else in another bowl & then combine. Bake for about 25 minutes or until a fork comes out clean!
