• 2 bananas
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups of almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 cup of chocolate date spread
  • 1/4 cup of psyllium husk powder OR coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup of cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup of warm water
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • cacao nibs, chopped nuts…any added *crunch* you want!


Preheat oven to 350F.

In a large bowl mix the almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and sea salt together.

Mi everything else in another bowl & then combine. Bake for about 25 minutes or until a fork comes out clean!
