CHIA MOUSSE

Blend:

* 4 tbsp chia seeds

* 4 tbsp cocoa powder OR Chocolate Brownie Date Dough 

* 3 tbsp chocolate date spread

* 1 1/4 cups canned coconut milk

* 2 tsp of vanilla extract

* 3/4 cup cacao nibs (just as topping)

Once again, BLEND all of the ingredients for 2 minutes, then refrigerate overnight.

Yes, blend them.

Blending, rather than just stirring, will make the mixture SO much thicker.
