- 1 tbsp crushed walnuts
- 1 tbsp dried blueberries
- 1 tbsp cashew or almond butter
- 1/2 tbsp ground flax
- 1 tbsp of original date spread
- pinch of hemp seeds
- pinch of sea salt
DIRECTIONS
Pulse everything together in a food processor until a paste forms.
Smooth the paste into a lined container and freeze for one hour.
