BLACK BEAN DATE BROWNIES
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Chocolate Date Spread
- 1 cup black beans (rinsed & drained)
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup of almond butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup cacao powder
- 1/2 cup GF oats
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
- 1/3 cup @hukitchen semi sweet baking chocolate chips
Instructions:
Put the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth. Then fold in the chocolate chips, pour the brownie batter into a greased/parchment lined 8x8 baking dish and use a spatula to spread evenly. Add extra chocolate chips on top if you’d like, then bake at 350 for 27-30min or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Let em’ cool before slicing… enjoy!
