Ingredients
- 1 banana (mash 3/4, slice the rest for topping)
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 2 tbsp Vegan Vanilla Protein
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1 tsp-1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp vanilla date spread
- 1/2 cup nut milk
Toppings:
Banana slices & rainbow sprinkles!
Start by mashing your banana, then mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Transfer to a bake-safe dish and add on your toppings (banana slices, sprinkles).
Bake for ~30mins at 350F.
