INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup of your favorite gluten free oats
- 2/3 cup of coconut milk
- 1/2 scoop of vegan protein powder OR cocoa powder
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 1/3 cup chocolate date spread
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
DIRECTIONS
Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes! Optional: top with greek or diary free yogurt
