AVOCADO WALNUT BROWNIES

RECIPE

  • 3/4 cup of mashed avocado
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 5 tbsp almond or coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup of ground walnuts
  • 1.5 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of date spread (Chocolate or Original ideally)

*Optional* sprinkle cacao nibs, chocolate chips, or more walnuts top!

DIRECTIONS

Bake on 350F for 25-30 minutes (9x5 pan)
