RECIPE
- 3/4 cup of mashed avocado
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 5 tbsp almond or coconut flour
- 1/4 cup of ground walnuts
- 1.5 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2/3 cup of chocolate date spread
*Optional* sprinkle cacao nibs, chocolate chips, and more walnuts on top!
DIRECTIONS
Bake on 350F for 25-30 minutes (9x5 pan)
