• 1.25 cups Snickerdoodle Date Dough mix
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 cup apple sauce
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup 
  • 1/2 cup chopped dried cranberries
  • A splash of almond milk

Preheat your oven to 350 and line a loaf pan with parchment paper. In a large bowl add your wet ingredients and mix. Then add in the dry ingredients and mix. Bake for 20 minutes. Reduce the heat to 325 and continue baking for 12 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool completely. Make your glaze topping and top once the cake is totally cooled. Enjoy! Store in the fridge for longer shelf life.
