Ingredients
- 1/3 cup whole oats
- 1/2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp of pumpkin puree
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 scoop vegan protein powder
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon date spread
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 an apple, finely chopped
Instructions
Add oats & almond milk to a small sauce pan on low heat until you’ve reached a low boil. Stir oats and as they thicken add in protein powder and spices. Next, add in a Tbsp of cinnamon date spread to sweeten, stir in ground flaxseed, and continue to stir. Continue to heat until you’ve reached a nice thick and creamy texture to your liking!
Top with cinnamon, banana slices, pumpkin granola, and blackberries.
