- 1/2 cup of GF oats
- 1 tbsp of protein powder
- lots of cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
- 2 tbsp of cinnamon date spread
- 1/2 cup of cashew milk
- 1 tbsp of greek yogurt
Mix all of the wet ingredient, then combine with dry - with the exception of the chopped apple.
Once ingredients are well mixed, fold the chopped apple pieces into the mixture.
Transfer the oat mixture to a greased oven safe dish and and bake in an air fryer for 15 minutes on 330F. If you do not own an air fryer, you can also bake this in the oven at 375F for 22-25 minutes.
Sautee additional apple pieces with cinnamon + a touch of greek yogurt for the topping & enjoy!
