INGREDIENTS
• 1 jar of chocolate date spread
• shredded coconut
• granola clusters
• crushed almonds
• dark chocolate drizzle (dark chocolate chips + coconut oil, melted into smooth mixture)
Fill a silicone ice cube tray with chocolate date spread & top with shredded coconut, granola clusters & crushed almonds.
Freeze for ~2 hours or overnight. Drizzle with dark chocolate and freeze for ~15 more minutes or until chocolate drizzle has hardened. THAT’S IT!
